An up and coming person of importance in the Communist party, Ivan found the day that his metahuman reaction occurred to be the worst day of his life. If he does encounter a normal, he will quickly launch into a verbal tirade against them, holding them accountable for all the wrongs in his life. The best way to deescalate the situation is to quickly agree. If someone attempts to defend himself against the charges, the situation has the potential to quickly become violent.
The Soviet super police consider him a minor threat, due to his remoteness.
