Note 1 - these metahumans are made under 3e rules
Note 2 - I have not given either the Ally or Patron advantage to these characters despite the fact that they work as a team. The reason is because I am uncertain what best reflects team loyalties. Feel free to leave a suggestion if you have the proper expertise.
