It is still good, even after all the time it's been out.

Not a lot of options at the amulet position

Cobweb Sickle is good as a weapon

Only 7 Shields have damage thru lvl49, so that pick is less important

There a couple good damage rings you can get as you hunt

Plenty of choices for a rune
