I wonder if the Elves should solely be the native Americans, or if to also include the dwarfs and halflings
the Goblins will remain in game
Also, are magic and super powers restricted to certain races?

| I would like to have the fantasy aspect and the super aspect be restricted to the Americas. I would have to work out why such situation exists and how restrictive it is (i.e. can an Italian come to America for 5 years, gain powers, then return home and keep them)? |

Or maybe, since everyone is suspicious in all other societies, I might just make this a net zero for all involved |

Contributors reminded me of the ease of Missile Shield and Reverse Missiles. They have next to no presiquites and are game changing.
To help with this, I rule that only the subject of the spell is protectec (i.e. if I have RM and Bob, who is standing a foot away, is targeted with a rifle the missile is not reversed). Additionally, it doesn't work against Cannons or other siege weapons.
I already am not satisfied with this option |

| The contributors reminded me that Missile Shield and Reverse Missiles could be broke in such a world, since they are easy to learn. I think I will have to declare them not available. |

I'll have to consider certain matters, like what is the position of the dominant religious groups on the matter of magic and how 'in demand' are the practioners (would there be some sort of slave trade, where people would kidnap the Natives and take them to Europe to serve royal families there?)
